The church that was associated with the cemetery was built of logs between 1846 - 1854 and used by 'Old Order Mennonities'. It was sold in 1904 because the building needed repairs. Owned by the municipality and is considered to be an abandoned (inactive) cemetery according to By-law 971-93.
