NEW CLIENTS:  We ask all new clients to please come in 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork. It is important for our staff to be made aware of any medical conditions or allergies you have, as well as any prescriptions you are taking. You can download our Health History and Client Contract forms to print, fill out and bring with you if you would like.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish your service on time, so the next scheduled guest is not inconvenienced. The service fee will remain the same.
